Rosa Lowinger is a Cuban-born American writer and art conservator. She specializes in modern and contemporary art and architectural elements and lives in Los Angeles and Miami. Rosa was the 2009 Rome Prize at the American Academy in Rome and is the author of Tropicana Nights: The Life and Times of the Legendary Cuban Nightclub and Dwell Time: A Memoir of Art, Exile, and Repair.
