At the Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan, the creative process begins with curiosity. It is a community that challenges limited notions of research and embraces the role of creative practice in the creation of new knowledge. Stamps maker-scholars make work that has an impact on the world at large.

The Stamps School of Art & Design is now accepting applications for the MFA in Art program through January 6, 2019.
